Delivery Policy

When placing your order it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address and delivery was not completed, additional delivery charges will be charged to you.

A copy of your order/invoice is sent to you automatically after you have placed your order. Please check that the address is correct. In the event that a mistake has been made, it can be changed but we will endeavor to do this for you.


Orders can only be delivered to Australian addresses; these must have street addresses and PO Box numbers. Please contact us via email at sales@charlottepiper.com.au if you have a special request or would like to send your order overseas. 


You must be home to receive the ordered items. Please take note that our products are fragile and will be sent at your own risk.  Charlotte Piper will package your order with protective packaging but will not be held responsible for any damage caused during transit. Charlotte Piper takes no responsibility if items will be left in the heat and sunlight or damaged while being delivered. We highly recommend that you select shipping options that will require your signature.

Express shipping only means your order will be sent express, this does not mean that the process of the order is any different, you still have to allow up to 14 working days for dispatch. This does not include weekends and public holidays. Day 1 is the following work day after placing your order.

All our products are handmade and every product will have their own unique characteristics and imperfections.


Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be dispatched from the date of your order (1st day count is the next following work day after placing your order, which do not include weekends and public holidays). You may also check the status of your order from your account at our website. 

 
Orders will be freighted with Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has left us; you will be able to track where your items are at any time.

Once you received your Tracking Notification upon dispatch, please wait up to 72 hours for it to reflect to the Aus Post System. Deliveries can be tracked here.
 

In the event of extreme weather conditions at either point of dispatch or point of delivery, Charlotte Piper reserves the right to cancel or delay the delivery until conditions are more conducive to preserve the quality of our product.


Pre-order dates are only an indication as to when the product will be back in stock. Please coordinate with us if you are interested with a specific preorder item or wait for our announcements.


Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been made.


If a parcel is lost in transit we cannot give a refund or replacement of product until a full investigation is done with the freight company which can take up to 6 weeks fromtime we are notified your goods have not been received.

After 3 attempts of delivery (which may include additional delivery fees) and if the recipient cannot be reached for whatever reason, the order will be null and void, we will no longer deliver your product and there will be no refund for any portion of the order.
